Class AppendingPackedInt64Buffer
Utility class to buffer a list of signed longs in memory. This class only supports appending and is optimized for non-negative numbers with a uniform distribution over a fixed (limited) range.
NOTE: This was AppendingPackedLongBuffer in Lucene
