Class DocTermOrdsRewriteMethod
Rewrites MultiTermQuerys into a filter, using DocTermOrds for term enumeration.
This can be used to perform these queries against an unindexed docvalues field.
This is a Lucene.NET EXPERIMENTAL API, use at your own risk
