Initializes a new instance of the TermEnum class

Closes the enumeration to further activity, freeing resources.

Returns the docFreq of the current Term in the enumeration.

Determines whether the specified Object is equal to the current Object.

Allows an Object to attempt to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before the Object is reclaimed by garbage collection.

Serves as a hash function for a particular type.

Gets the Type of the current instance.

Creates a shallow copy of the current Object.

Increments the enumeration to the next element. True if one exists.

Skips terms to the first beyond the current whose value is greater or equal to target.

Returns true iff there is such an entry.

Behaves as if written:

            public boolean skipTo(Term target) {
            do {
            if (!next())
            return false;
            } while (target > term());
            return true;
            }
            

Some implementations *could* be considerably more efficient than a linear scan. Check the implementation to be sure.

Returns the current Term in the enumeration.

Returns a String that represents the current Object.
